We accept reservations up to 45 days in advance. If your preferred date is unavailable, you may join our waiting list or contact us at info@restaurantbelen.com.

Online bookings are available for parties of up to 8 guests. For larger groups, please email us directly.

A booking deposit of 5,500 THB per person is required to confirm your reservation. You will receive a confirmation email upon booking. If you do not receive it, please contact us at info@restaurantbelen.com.

• — More than 14 days before: Full refund of deposit
• — 7-14 days before: 50% of deposit refunded
• — Less than 7 days before: No refund
• — No-shows : No refund

***All cancellations are subject to a 10% non-refundable administrative fee, regardless of when the cancellation is made.

Changes to the number of guests or reservation date must be made at least 48 hours in advance. A one-time date change is allowed, subject to availability. Changes with less than 48 hours' notice may result in deposit forfeiture.

You will receive reminder emails 7 days and 1 day prior to your booking, with links to confirm or cancel.

Due to the nature of our menu, we are unable to accommodate the following:

• — Vegetarian or vegan
• — Gluten-free
• — Dairy-free
• — No seafood
• — Allium-free (no onion or garlic)

Please consider this before making a reservation.

We welcome children aged 12 and above.

We do not enforce a formal dress code. Please dress comfortably to enjoy your dining experience.

A corkage fee of 2,000 THB++ per 750ml bottle of wine or champagne applies. This fee is waived with the purchase of one bottle from our wine list for each bottle brought.
